Bio of the therapist

Mohammed FatehAllah is a Clinical Psychologist and University Lecturer with more than 11 years of professional experience in mental health and psychotherapy. He specializes in treating work-related psychological difficulties and high-stress life challenges, including job burnout, occupational crises, and adjustment difficulties. He also has advanced expertise in treating trauma and Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (cPTSD), severe anxiety, and depression, helping individuals regain emotional balance and improve their personal and professional well-being.

He is particularly experienced in working with relationship difficulties, toxic relationships, and emotional, social, and marital adjustment issues. His therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, combining evidence-based interventions from leading therapeutic models to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment that supports meaningful and sustainable psychological change.

Mohammed holds a Master's degree in Medical Psychology from Sana'a University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Azal University. He also holds a Diploma in Psychotherapy from the University of Science and Technology Hospital and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sana'a University.

Professionally, he serves as a university lecturer in psychology, teaching specialized courses and mentoring future mental health professionals. His experience includes working in hospitals and specialized mental health centers, where he has designed and delivered individualized psychological interventions for individuals affected by acute and complex trauma. He has also worked within international humanitarian and development organizations through Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) programs, providing crisis management, psychological support, and psychosocial interventions for vulnerable populations.

His expertise extends to developing recovery programs for job burnout and providing psychological and career support for professionals, expatriates, and employees facing significant workplace stress. He has received more than two and a half years of supervised clinical training in psychological assessment and psychotherapy, along with advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

In addition to his clinical work, Mohammed is a certified trainer and an expert in designing evidence-based therapeutic and training programs in accordance with international standards. He has delivered hundreds of training workshops in psychotherapy and psychosocial support for humanitarian organizations and professional teams, contributed to the development of psychological assessment tools and research measures, published specialized mental health articles, and conducted workshops on burnout prevention, workplace stress management, and psychological well-being.
