Bio of the therapist

Specialized in treating all anxiety disorders (including obsessive-compulsive disorder, health anxiety, social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, phobias, and others), mood disorders, depression, child-rearing, and helping overcome life challenges. I provide individual therapy and couples therapy.


Educational qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology - American University of Beirut.

Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, University of Balamand.


Work experience:

Psychological therapy in clinics and private practice - in-person and online.

Practice for emotional liberation breathing.

Professional development training for employees.


Training and conferences:

Attended several national and international conferences and workshops on topics related to psychology and therapy, such as human rights and working with diverse cultures.

Attended conferences on psychological diagnosis in children and adolescents, building an inclusive work environment for the LGBTQ+ community in Lebanon, and substance abuse and sexually transmitted diseases.

Attended conferences on meaning-based therapy/logotherapy, civilization and its discontent, neurobehavioral approach to obsessive-compulsive disorder, building resilience through role-playing, and evidence-based trauma therapy.
